Adding New Clients
Your Clients Overview page is essentially your address book, listing all the clients/customers you have in Studio Ninja.
From the Clients Overview page you will be able to:
Add new client: Click the '+ Add' button to bring up the Add new client lightbox. Here you can add all your new clients details.
Search: Start typing in the search field and your list will dynamically be filtered using your the keyword you entered.
Clicking on the 3 dots on a client's profile will allow you to:
Send email: Click the 'Send email' button to send a message to your client. This email will only be visible on the client profile and cannot be viewed on the mail section of the lead or job profile you will/have created for them.
Edit client: Click the 'Edit client' button to bring up the client details. Here you can edit and update all your client details.
Delete client: To delete a client simply click on the trash can icon.
Adding New Clients
From the Clients Overview page, click on + Add button to bring up the Add new client box. The client first name and email address are both mandatory fields.
The Client Profile displays all the information you need about a particular client and is divided into the following sections:
Client: displays additional client information. You can also Edit client details, Send email, Delete the client, tap on the Phone number to call your client directly or tap on the Email address to send a message.
Leads: displays all the active and archived leads for this client.
Jobs: displays all the jobs currently in progress and completed for this client.
Mail: displays all the outgoing emails sent to this client, as well as send them an email.
Invoices: displays all the invoices relating to this client.
Client Notes: displays any notes that you have made about this client and the ability to edit your notes.
Consent: enabled you to keep track of all consent given by this client.
Add a new Job or Lead: Click on the + Add button to add a new Lead or Job for this client.
