How to Switch from PayPal to Stripe
Migrating is simple:
Go to Settings → Payment Settings in Studio Ninja.
Click Connect with Stripe.
Complete the Stripe onboarding process, including ID verification.
Stripe is required to verify your identity to comply with financial regulations.
This may include confirming your business details, bank account information, and uploading ID.
Once approved, confirm your Stripe account is connected inside Studio Ninja.
Send a test invoice and complete a test payment to ensure everything is working as expected.
Disable PayPal (if currently active).
Your future invoices will now use Stripe automatically.
