Why isn't embedding supported?
Our online booking form is hosted on the Studio Ninja platform rather than being embedded through an iFrame. This approach gives us greater control over the form's styling, functionality, security, and overall user experience.
Because the booking form is a complex, multi-step workflow, embedding it via an iFrame can create compatibility issues across different website platforms and builders. This may result in unexpected display problems, inconsistent behaviour, or a poor client experience.
By hosting the form directly within Studio Ninja, we can ensure it works reliably across all devices and browsers.
Is an embeddable booking form planned?
While we understand that embedding the booking form would be valuable for some users, it is not currently a high-priority item on our product roadmap.
That said, we regularly review customer feedback when planning future improvements. If embedding functionality is important to your workflow, we'd love to hear from you.
What are my alternatives?
Many Studio Ninja users add a button, menu item, or call-to-action on their website that links directly to their Studio Ninja booking form. This provides a seamless booking experience while ensuring the form functions as intended.
