You can pass on card surcharges by enabling this feature in your Settings, but as it is against the law in some countries to pass on card surcharges, we recommend that you check your local laws and regulations before doing so.
1. Set up Stripe as a payment method in your Studio Ninja account. To set up Stripe or connect an existing account, please click here and follow the steps.
2. Once Stripe is enabled, go to Settings and click on Payment Methods.
3. Click "Surcharge and Tipping" button.
4. Set the appropriate surcharge percentages for both domestic and international cards that you want to pass on to your clients. Click here to learn more about Stripe fees per country.
5. Click "Save Changes". Each time clients make card payments, the relevant processing fee / surcharge will be added to client invoices automatically!
