Minimise up to three email drafts and continue working elsewhere in Studio Ninja. To save a draft, click the minimise icon while writing or sending an email. Your drafts stay saved as you navigate, making it easier to reference details before sending.

Change your account currency as your business evolves, especially if you move countries. This helps keep your pricing and invoices aligned with your location. Update your currency in Settings > Currency & Taxes.

Support for Poland’s KSeF system allows you to send compliant electronic invoices and meet local requirements. This prepares your business for wider EU e-invoicing adoption. Connect via Settings > Integrations > e-invoicing.

Get notified instantly on your phone when you receive a new lead, a quote is accepted, a contract is signed or a payment comes through. Make sure you’re using the latest version of the Studio Ninja mobile app with notifications enabled.

Keep track of important activity directly within Studio Ninja. Click the bell icon in the top right corner to view updates like new leads, client actions and workflow events, helping you stay organised without relying on email.

Send compliant electronic invoices via the Peppol network in Belgium. This ensures your invoices meet local requirements while reducing manual work. Connect via Settings > Integrations > e-invoicing.

Our new Stripe integration allows you to pass on surcharges to your clients fully or partially, accept tips and offer more payment options including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments made via Stripe automatically sync with your Studio Ninja invoices, including refunds. To connect Stripe, go to Settings > Payment Methods.
