Learn how to set up your client portal, share notes and files, and enable access restrictions.

Customisations

Here, you can adjust the banner image and the color scheme of your client portal to match your brand’s aesthetic.

Banner

  • Upload a banner image by clicking on Upload File. This image will be displayed at the top of your client portal. Supported file types include JPG, PNG, and GIF.

  • For best results, make sure your banner fits the recommended dimensions (2560px x 533px).

Once your banner is uploaded, you can preview how it will appear on both desktop and mobile by switching between the Desktop View and Mobile View options.

Color Scheme

You can choose a color that matches your brand by using the color picker tool. This color will be applied to buttons and key elements across the portal.

Click Save Changes after making adjustments.

Welcome Message

Write a customised welcome message that will greet your clients when they access the portal.

Once you're happy with the welcome message, hit Save Changes to make it live on the portal.

Shared Files & Notes

Studio Ninja allows you to share important files and notes with your clients directly through the portal. This feature is especially useful for providing clients with additional documents, PDFs, instructions, or images they may need access to.

  • Shared Files: Upload files that will appear for all clients accessing the client portal. Simply drag and drop the files you want to share. Please note that the total file size limit is 50MB; however, each file must not exceed 20MB.

  • Shared Notes: Add any notes that will be visible to all clients. These notes can provide helpful reminders or instructions specific to your clients’ job.

Click Save Changes to confirm any additions.

Access Restriction

You can control who has access to the client portal by toggling the Access Restriction feature. This allows you to require that clients use their registered email addresses to log in before accessing the client portal. If you enable this option, only authorized users will be able to view the client portal, enhancing security.

By following these steps, you can create a personalised, branded client portal that enhances your clients' experience while providing easy access to all the important elements of their job.
